James is a company director with more than 20 years of experience in the property & construction industry. He handles the strategic direction of the Group.

Jason Dunn
M&E Services Director - Healthcare
Jason has extensive experience in working with Healthcare Trusts across the region. A time-served electrician, Jason has been with the company for 35 years.

Michelle Miles
Operations Director
Michelle oversees the Group’s administrative operations, playing a key role in automating business processes using the latest software and field service technology.

Group Mechanical Director
Having worked at a senior level within various building services organisations, Joe brings a wealth of experience to the company.

DARREN HAYES
Electrical Projects Director
Darren has over 30 years of experience in electrical engineering and has managed many large schemes across the UK.

Head of Accounts
Hayley is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Group.

- Both Meel Group Projects and Meel Group Building Services hold ISO 9001 in quality management.
- ISO 9001 accounts for Quality Management. It sets out the criteria of a Quality Management System (QMS) designed to ensure we have the correct processes in place to continue producing quality products and services.
- The ISO standard also has a strong focus on customers and emphasises continuous improvement and excellent management processes.

Quality of Compliance Processes
- Our engineers work to the latest regulations in designing, installing and maintaining M&E services.
- Fixed wire & PAT testing and building services are governed by internal Meel Group processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and regulation compliance.
- The Meel Goup has a dedicated Compliance Manager overseeing our procedures and standards.
