Meel Group has three specialist service divisions: Construction, Projects, and Building Services. Based in the North West, we have proudly supported public sector, healthcare, education, and commercial clients across the region for over 60 years. Being on multiple frameworks, including NHS SBS and Rise, helps our public sector clients access our full range of services.
Meel Group – Construction operates as Principal Contractor for building, fit-out, and major refurbishment projects. Specialising in healthcare, education, commercial, and local authority sectors. We partner with clients, surveyors and architects, from initial concept through to final delivery.
Our experienced teams manage every phase of site operations, ensuring uncompromising safety standards, total CDM compliance, and seamless project execution.
Meel Group – Projects is our MEP Contracting division and has over 60 years of success in delivering Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services safely and reliably.
Our in house contracting teams design, supply, and install complex MEP systems including HVAC, power distribution, lighting, data infrastructure, and plant rooms for hospitals, schools, commercial developments and industrial facilities.
Meel Group – Building Services provides comprehensive Facilities Management (FM) services including planned preventative maintenance, reactive building fabric repairs and dedicated small works projects across the North West.
We keep commercial, educational, public sector, hospitality and healthcare properties running efficiently and fully compliant. Our experienced teams maintain buildings’ MEP assets, manage life-cycle efficiency, and undertake replacement and refurbishment works.
